Registers and Excel. Lab slips in a drawer. TPA waiting on a photocopy. Night staff hunting a whiteboard for a free bed. Nobody trusted the last row.
Backstory
We built a desk for the floor we kept seeing.
DB Brothers is from India. DB HMS started because too many clinics still copy the same patient into three books — then chase the bill after 8 pm.
What we built
One hospital floor: queue, consult, lab, pharmacy, IPD and bill. Five IDs so facts never mix. Twenty-three desks. Twelve agents you direct — they do not invent a second hospital.
What we don’t do
Agents do not replace staff. A person still signs. We do not sell fake live-hospital counts. Clinic, nursing home, multi-specialty — stacked packs, not 23 extra products.
