Do agents replace staff?

No. You set the direction. Agents operate the module — call the next token, flag stock, draft a bill. A person still signs.

Visit ID and Encounter ID — why both?

Visit is the hospital day or stay. Encounter is one meeting with the doctor. Lab, Rx and notes hang on the right one, so they never mix.

What is LOINC vs LIS?

LOINC is the name of the lab test. LIS / lab instruments is how the machine talks to DB HMS on that same visit.

Is there an OT module?

OT work is run by OT agents with scheduling, IPD, nursing and task manager — lists and timing, not a separate paper diary.
